Lovely little apartment in a perfect location. Exactly what we were hoping for. Parking at Millpool very easy.
Just a quick thank you really, I think everyone who has stayed at this apartment has already summed it up. Completely as pictured and very warm and clean. Good information sent before our visit regarding parking etc. Bakery, pasties and fish and chips plus coop within minutes on foot. Just turn up with your cases and settle in to your Holiday straight away. We parked in Harbour car park for and hour leisurely unloaded then simply used Mill Pool for the week booking on app.
First of all Alan, the owner of the apartment, was very helpful and pleasant his detailed information and guidance was so helpful, be it with regards to local landmarks and general handy tips, like useful information on local transport etc. Thank you Alan, appreciated. The apartment was ideal, for us as a retired couple, we were ideally placed, for public travel services we were within two hundred metres from the heart of Looe town, and the estuary that flows side by side with the town. We would sit outside on the balcony with a coffee and watch the world go by in the morning before starting our day. The apartment was brilliant, a cosy bedroom and very comfy bed, an adequate living room and everything you need in a kitchen. Bathroom with bath plus wall shower. Warm and cosy apartment. Our first time visiting Cornwall and Harbour View was the perfect location. The apartment was in a prime location, spotlessly clean and really well decorated. We dropped on really good weather and were able to make use of the sitting on the balcony with a nice glass of wine and the bay window is also a plus. As a base Looe was fantastic, we had our dog with us and did some days out including the coastal walk from looe to Polperro and the Kilminorth Wood walks. There is a large carpark Millhouse in walking distance just across the bridge. When we stayed it cost 27.50 for the week. Would highly recommend!!

Had a wonderful 2 weeks at Harbour View apartment, Looe. What is there not to like? Amazing views, well equipped apartment, comfortable bed and super shower. The owners were at the end of a phone or text message to address any queries. Not for people with walking difficulties as there are a few steps. We also recommend Looe Luggage Services a Quad bike and trailer to transport your luggage to and from the carpark. Excellent service. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Lovely apartment with a lovely outlook, but was let down by the standard of cleanliness. stains on bedroom and lounge carpets and we had to wash kitchen utensils and frying pan before we could use them.

Lovely apartment, fantastic location with amazing views
Lovely apartment, great location though steep steps to apartment. Very clean and well equipped with very little showing wear and tear. Great showerbath. Comfy bed. Only thing, and nothing apartment owners can do, is noise of nesting seagulls all around the apartment we were awake VERY early in the morning!! Welcome biscuits much appreciated. Would return.

Harbour View is a little gem, perfectly located, well equipped and comfortable, with a bay window and balcony that have excellent views across the harbour, bridge and creek a perfect place to watch the world go by and a real sun trap in the afternoon. Ideal for exploring Looe and surrounding area.

Property was lovely and well equipped , views stunning Loved Looe.
Just a segestion it would b nice if u had somewhere to put ur luggage as u have to be out of the property so early maybe build something near the bin area our train wasnt until 315 it was pouring with rain we ended up changing our train time at the cost of 45 so we didnt have to hang around. But overall we had a lovely time the apartment was lovely. Many thanx Ian & Mandy penny.

Lovely apartment, great location and view from bay window is terrific. Convenient for bus, train and shops. Would have been a nice addition if a washerdryer machine were available. We travelled by train and had limited towels and clothing. Two small complaints, very few TV stations and I could not get phone signal in appartment. Tesco Mobile. Otherwise a great choice.
The apartments location is in a superb location overlooking the harbour, the views from either the bay window or balcony are glorious, we spent much time with a glass of wine or two watching the world go by. The decor of the apartment and the fixture and fittings are a credit to the owners, giving a marvellous holiday vibe. We generally don't visit the same place twice, but we may make an exception in this instance.
Great stay again, in fabulous location, the only downside side being the unloadingreloading of our car and the several trips up and down the step to the apartment. However having been before we packed differently for arrival and part loaded the car the night before we left. Definitely be back again next year.

Such a lovely apartment, with excellent views and a brilliant position, very close to buses, trains and shops. Only one very small negative, which I was surprised about. The info stated that 'towels and bedding are supplied' and I've never stayed anywhere which said that but didn't include the kitchen items!! Therefore I did not take a kitchen towel, a dishcloth or a teatowel, and none of that was provided, which was extremely awkward. It surprised me even more because it seemed everything else had been thought of they are provided milk, biscuits, condiments, teabags, sugar, washingup liquid etc all extremely welcome. The apartment was an absolute pleasure to be in, and a small food store and various pasty shops, etc were within a few metres from the apartment. There were even plenty of coathangers, a coat rack, a torch should there be a power cut, books, dvds, ...... Would I stay there again? Absolutely! Beautiful apartment! Thank you.
Lovely apartment, a real home from home. Looe is a beautiful seaside town. The apartment is in an ideal location overlooking Looe bridge we enjoyed seeing the tide come in and out and loved people watching from the bay window. The owners have great taste in furnishings, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. The owners were excellent communicators and very responsive to queries. Walking distance to lots of places. Highly recommend this property.
The apartment was is in a great location with lovely views, very clean and comfortable. Definitely be booking again and the hosts Alan and Jane provided everything to make our holiday stay go smoothly.
Location is excellent, nice apartment just needs some attention detail, toilet door doesnt open properly it sticks on the tiles, kitchen worktop is very sticky, shower screen doesnt close properly, just knock it slightly and it opens, some dead insects on the roller blinds when pulled down. Apartment has plenty of cutlery & crockery. When coming up the steep steps from the road during the evening the sensor light doesnt always come on.
It's a lovely apartment clean space petfriendly great views from the balcony quiet close to shops, and easy access to busses. I enjoyed my stay very much and will be back again next year.

This apartment is in an ideal location for access to Looe town, riverside and beach all within minutes walk. It is clean, modern, well maintained and has lovely views over the river and Looe bridge. The owner is very helpful and only a phone call away. The large main council car park is only an eight minute walk away. It can be booked for as little as 25 for seven days via Cornwall council website. Once arranged you can enter and leave the car park as many times as you like as it is ANPR opperated. Will definitely return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbour view apartment in Looe. We were a little worried that the size of the apartment would be a little small for 4 of us but in fact it was perfect. Comfortable, clean and tastefully decorated. We had everything we needed. We would highly recommend staying here.

A lovely centrally located apartment. Its location close to the Bridge means all the Restaurants on both sides of the river were equally accessible within a short walk. It was very easy just to sit in the bay fronted window or on the balcony and just watch the world go by. Certainly an excellent base to enjoy Looe and the surrounding area. The apartment itself was immaculate and everything you needed was there. Thank you.

What a fantastic property to stay at location and property is fantastic and most of all the view of balcony. The apartment was ideal for us as we had taken our 2 grandchildren and dog so getting straight into town was so easy. The apartment as everything you need for cooking your own meals if choosing not to eat out and a little dishwasher to save you the washing up after. The beds were comfy as was the bedsettee the grandkids told us. This is a must place to stop at if visiting looe town so would like to thank sykes holidays and the owners who were both contactable if any issues happened while staying at property.

Great spot overlooking the river, lovely balcony when weather allows. Steps could be an issue if you have mobility issues, but we had no issues and we are in our 70s.
We had a lovely holiday at the harbour view apartment, it was very clean and tidy and furnished and decorated to the very highest of standards. We had a small problem with the hot water on our arrival this was quickly remedied by Sykes and the owner who had the problem fixed within an hour which was very impressive. All in all we had a wonderful weeks stay and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and Sykes cottages in the future.

A great apartment, spotlessly clean. Decor and finish are very high quality. Service brilliant We rang the night we arrived to say there were not enough towels First thing the next morning towels on the doorstep. You can't ask for better than that. We would definitely recommend to friends and family
