Lovely peaceful accommodation it had everything you needed

Lovely place for winter break great place for the dogs lyn was brilliant and welcomed us. only one down fall. insufficient heating for lounge especially for winter months.

Lyn was very helpful when needed with an immediate response. Very clean with all the facilities you would require. It was dark when we arrived and Lyn was waiting on the road side with a torch to guide us to the property, otherwise it would have been difficult. So a BIG thankyou for the assistance. Would politely suggest a large sign on the road side for guidance?

Lovely chalet style cottage with amazing country views. Great garden for our dogs. Just a short drive to Looe with all amenities and seaside. We had a relaxing stay here for a few days and would totally recommend.

Absolutely brilliant . Felt right at home from arrival. Beautiful chalet and Lyn was so welcoming. We will definitely be booking again . The dogs loved it and settled so quick which is unlike them .

This is our third stay at this beautiful property, in the most perfect setting. A very easy commute to anywhere in Cornwall. This is a home from home for us and totally, dog friendly. Both Lyn and Mark are always at hand if you need them and nothing is ever, too much trouble. The chalet is well equipped and beautifully clean. We would not be able to find anywhere more perfect.

Great for dogs fully enclosed garden and really lived upto expectations when sometimes property's don't. Made to feel very welcome and fully able to relax .Treats for us and the dogs on arrival .Great location for getting all around cornwall and only being approx 6 miles from closest beach.close to Lizkeard for any shopping needs but still feeling really rural.

This is one of the best places we have ever stayed. Our dogs were made so welcome the garden is perfect. The chalet is central to every where we wanted to visit in Cornwall. It was so comfortable and warm and spotless well equipped with everything you need We really enjoyed our holiday there. Thank you so much Mark and Lyn made us so welcome we will return.

Absolutely love this place for a holiday with the furbabies. This was our third visit to this chalet Owner really accommodating and the lady who takes care of the place is lovely. Will be booking again Perfect location for a holiday in Cornwall.

This Chalet is lovingly decorated and very dogfriendly

As always and it shows as this was our fourth year running of going back to orchid chalet. If I had to pick one thing I would like changed, as we get older it is more difficult to get into a high bath for a shower, so my feedback for this is take the bath out and put a walkin shower in please Mark. We love the area and the views from the chalet, with the dog, love the garden and the walks all around. Lynn, who looks after the chalet as always was very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for her.

Very lovely chalet, its the second time we have stayed there. Lyn who works at the chalet is a very helpful lady goes above and beyond.

Beautiful views, comfortable, cosy and well equipped accommodation. I would stop there again and recommend to family and friends.

We had the most appropriate and well set accommodation that was far past our expectations The opportunity for all 4 pooches to run around was short of a blessing and so relaxing. The only complaint was we had to go home but we have rebooked for April next year. Cant wait to go back!

A fabulous stay highly recommended! ! Great place to relax and hang ten!! This was our third visit to the Chalet and we decided to book it for two weeks as our previous visits seemed too short. The Chalet is ideal for the dogs and us, very comfortable and homely with all the mod cons youd expect to find in a holiday home. Our visit this time was a delightful experience we were able to spend more time relaxing and enjoying the views and amenities in and around the Chalet. Its so wonderful for our two dogs as the garden and adjoining field gave them a whole new experience and we could see them also relaxing into their new environment. The surrounding beaches and Bodmin Moor were great places to stretch our legs and take in the beautiful scenery. Thanks for a wonderful visit

Your chalet was beautiful comfy and clean and very dog friendly which helped us to relax knowing that they couldnt get out. The location is just stunning and also convenient for getting around and would recommend it to anyone.

It was a lovely week, our dogs really enjoyed it!

First impression very favourable but then we found Stains on double mattress. The 2 single beds were like sleeping on the floor. The duvets on single beds to small and kept sliding off, we whent and purchased some of our own for our stay. The garden needed some TLC, a simple strim around decking after lawn was cut would make all the difference and lawn needed cutting shorter in order to clean up after dogs. The 2 lots of patio furniture needed to go to the tip, they were covered in rust. No parasol with patio furniture. Decking required cleaning and oiling as it looked very tired. The two gates in garden need proper locking mechanisms as a piece of rope and a bundge cord doesn't look very professional. Front outside light didn't work so had to use torch. Skirting boards coming of in places. A couple of fans would have been nice to keep inside cool especially at night as water proof mattress protectors cause sweating

Fantastic property, every utensil u could need & more. Was our 2nd visit & we love it. The outdoor area for the pooches is also a fab size. Could even get a sitter for them as we did have a meal booked at The Sardine Factory for my other half birthday treat. Going to book again for next year, look forward to our visits

What a lovely place to stay. Four adults and four pooches., big enough and cosy enough for all of us. Our stay was in the middle of January. We were extremely lucky with the weather, it didn't rain at all. The kitchen was well stocked up with utensils and crockery. There was even a drawer full of tea towels. Moving to the front room, enough room for us to sit down and enough watching TV. The bathroom was lovely too, again stocked up with flannels, even a hair dryer and straighners in the drawer. The bedrooms were lovely and comfortable. But was was more lovely was the really big windows showing of the fabulous view. Wow that was amazing and when the sun shone you were lovely warm and toasty. So the icing on the cake for us was the lovely big lawn for the dogs to play in, they absolutely enjoyed themselves. The owners couldn't do enough for us, offering to come and let the dogs out for a toilet break if we wanted to go out for the day without them. We did go out to the Smugglers Inn for meal without the pooches which was a real treat. We visited Seaton Beach which was lovely, you can park next to the beach all on one level and Golitha Falls, after one walk there we stopped and had lunch it was amazing. Both these places are very dog friendly. The only downside to the holiday was that we had to go home. Would we visit again, YES in a heartbeat... Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday.

Lovely place to stay, warm and cosy with amazing views. Fantastic large secure garden for my 3 little dogs to run around in. Enjoyed it so much have booked up for next year.

The chalet is a wonderful little gem that I was told about by fellow dog owner where I live! ! We tracked it down and WOW !! We had an amazing stay a big THANK YOU to Mark and Lyn, our first holiday for 9 years and it was phenomenal. The countryside and beaches in the area were amazing and our mutts had a glorious time. So all in all we all had an awesome time!! Already looking forward to returning next year to unfurl more hidden delights within the area.
