The flat is well equipped with all the essentials and was warm with hot water and quiet. It felt much more like a hotel stay than a cottage. It would help to have the instructions for using the key fob and keys for entry with the directions rather than inside the accommodation. As the railway station is only 1015 min away along the Crab and Winkle way and the 24hour Tesco is 2 mins walk away, it could be suitable for holidaymakers without a car.

Great value property, just a 30 minute walk into town. Had a nice secure parking space, easy to checkin, a nice and clean property that was fairly spacious. Had no problems with the central heating it was a cold week in February. The kingsized bed was comfortable but quite low compared to the norm might be an issue for those who struggle to stand up and down, but not an issue for most. The owners left milk and cookies, a nice touch. Our only issue was that the smart tv didn't connect to the wifi, perhaps because it's an older model, so only normal tv possible unless your phone works as a hotspot mine did, but not ideal. Perhaps not an issue for many, but for us relaxing in front of the tv each evening, it was a big disappointment. Regardless, on the whole I would definitely recommend staying here.

Had a lovely stay, apartment was well equipped, very clean and comfortable beds, within walking distance to shop and pub and only a short drive, or 30mins walk to town centre and seafront.
We only booked the apartment as there were few other options available. We were, however, very pleasantly surprised right from our arrival. Theres a designated undercover car parking space which also houses a keysafe which made for an easy checkin. Ideal after a long journey! The property is very well presented with an entrance hall, two bedrooms one including an ensuite a good sized bathroom and an open plan kitchenloungediner. The kitchen is well equipped and has a decent amount of space which makes food preparation and cooking nice and straightforward. The washing machine was very handy and meant we werent taking home lots of dirty clothes, and theres even an iron and ironing board. The seafront at Tankerton and the harbour at Whitstable are both within easy walking distance took us about 25 mins as is the centre of Whitstable. The railway station is about 15 minutes walk away and theres a regular local service. The Crab and Winkle Way runs almost outside the door and offers good walking from Whitstable all the way down to Canterbury. What the property isnt, is a quaint beachside cottage. What it is, however, is a clean, bright and functional space. Its an ideal base for exploring the area, offering comfort, security and great value for money. Id be more than happy to recommend it.

The property was clean, comfortable and modern. It contained everything we needed. The parking space was a bit awkward to drive into but useful nonetheless. I would recommend the property provided you don't mind being on a housing estate and don't mind it being too far from the town centre and coast to walk.
